How far in advance should i book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months before your trip to secure lower rates and guaranteed slots.
Can I rebook or refund?

How long before the travel date do I get my ticket and itinerary?
Once your full payment is confirmed, you can receive your ticket and itinerary right away (if available).
But for most packages, these are usually released 7–10 days before your departure date. This is ensures your flight, hotel, and tour arrangements are fully confirmed and accurate before we send them to you.

What if my passport is expired?
Please renew it first before booking your flight. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
Can I choose my travel dates and Hotels?
Yes! We’ll check available schedules and promo dates that match your preferred time.

How many kilos of baggage are included?

Yes po, we offer solo, Solo travelers may have a single supplement fee. Group, and private tour packages. We can create custom group packages for companies, barkadas, or families also. |
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes po! Although we’re a home-based travel agency, we can arrange appointments at our home office if needed.
